Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan
Our Reconciliation Action Plan represents our commitment to all dimensions of Reconciliation. Our journey so far has been grounded in respect and understanding; through participation and collaboration with the local communities we operate in. We are committed to building on this through education, commitment, and action.

We are thrilled to share that our Nest: Solid Foundations program has become a reality! With the support of Women's Property Initiatives and The Property Industry Foundation, three beautiful modular units have now been installed in the Goulburn Valley, and young mums and their children have moved into their new homes.
Funds generated over 16 years from our much-loved op shop, Revamp, made it possible for TBYS to purchase the land, and now these homes are providing a safe, stable space for young mothers to build solid foundations for themselves and their children.
TBYS continues to provide life skills, parenting support, and housing assistance to help the young mums settle in, establish a strong rental history, and create safe, nurturing homes.
If you would like to support our Nest: Solid Foundations program and help us continue to empower young families, donations are always welcome.
