We currently have an exciting opportunity to join The Bridge Youth + Family Services as our Team Leader Human Resources & Corporate Services, based in our Shepparton office.
This position is available at 0.8 to 1.0 FTE on an initial two-year contract, with the opportunity to play a key leadership role in supporting our growing organisation.
In this role, you will provide operational leadership across Human Resources, workforce compliance and corporate services, helping ensure our systems, processes and people practices support a high-performing and values-driven workforce.
Working closely with our Corporate Services Manager and Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, training coordination and compliance systems, while also mentoring administrative staff and contributing to organisational improvement initiatives.
We are seeking someone with strong experience in HR administration and workforce compliance, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to lead systems that support staff and strengthen workplace culture.
A qualification in Human Resources or a related field, along with relevant experience, will be essential.
At The Bridge Youth + Family Services, we work across the Goulburn Valley to support young people and their families to be resilient, connected and celebrated, and this role plays an important part in ensuring our organisation continues to thrive.

Student placement
We are dedicated to providing placements for local Students studying Youth Work, Community Service and Social Work.
Our 2025 placements are now full.
The Bridge Youth Service is committed to supporting students looking for a regional placement that involves working with youth.
If you have a passion for helping youth ask your education provider to contact us directly regarding a placement in 2026.
We partner locally with Latrobe University, GoTAFE, the University of Melbourne and Kangan Institute and all placements are co-ordinated directly with the education provider.
