School & Education Support

Are you aged between 12 and 17? Do you stress about school or find it difficult?  We can help.

We offer one on one support for you to get back to school or transition you to other education and training.

We can help support you to link in with other community supports to build your skills. We aim to support you and your family so that you can return to education. We work alongside you and your school to get the best possible outcome. Contact us to see how we might best be able to support you.

NAVIGATOR supports young people aged 12 to 17 years to re-engage with education. The program provides a youth outreach model of support to assist young people through one to one case management service that will include linking to specialist support.
